I am a doctor of chiropractic and a health coach. My focus is teaching people how to live a healthy, natural lifestyle in today's busy world. The levels of obesity and chronic disease are skyrocketing, 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. are occurring from diseases of lifestyle or chronic diseases (Heart disease, cancers, diabetes, dementia, etc). 2 out of 5 people are obese and over 70% of our population is now overweight and that is just the tip of the iceberg. With trends like these, it is more obvious than ever that leaving your health up to chance or luck or following what the majority of people are doing is not a good plan for a long, vibrant life. Having the knowledge and strategies that create a healthy life is a game-changer for you and your loved ones. Everything important to us is dependent on your health. It is the foundation for our lives.
